The International Emerging Leaders Conference highlights the world’s diversity of cultures, languages, experiences, and personalities. Everyone is talented in their own unique way, and innovation can only benefit from a variety of different people coming together in order to form a successful product and a better world. In the first few days of the conference, students were asked to self-identify their strengths and weakness according to six main types of thinkers. These included the “solution seeker,“ the “collaborator,” the “ethical-decision maker,“ the “creative thinker,” the “innovator,“ and the “communicator.”
